The story of our game mint
We are a small company from Prague, Czech Republic.
Years ago we started making our own larps (cestycasem.cz / time-traveling.com) and we wanted to use game coins in them. To support the immersion of the game, we insisted on period accuracy and a nice design – and at the same time an affordable price, because during games there will always be some losses and they must not be painful for the organizer.
Nothing like that existed.
So we started making our own.
Designed in 3D, cast in metal, modified to bear the weight of history.
Inspired by Kuttenberg – a medieval city where silver once shaped empires – we built a mint not for kings, but for players, storytellers and world builders.
Today our coins travel across LARPs, board games, films and reconstructions all over Europe. What started at our LARP events became a mint for worlds.
Kuttenberg (Kutna Hora)
Kuttenberg was once home to a royal mint that has never really closed since the 1300s.
Legend has it that its coins still find their way to new worlds – wherever stories are told and gold changes hands.
We simply keep it going.
