2. Scope and Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchase agreements concluded via the online store:

The Buyer is any natural or legal person purchasing goods from the Seller.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
3. Conclusion of Contract
- The product listing is not a binding offer.
- The Buyer submits an order via the e-shop.
- The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right not to accept an order in justified cases.
4. Prices and Payment
- All prices are listed without VAT (where applicable). The Seller is not a VAT payer under Czech law. Prices are final.
- Shipping costs are calculated separately.
Available payment methods:
- Card payment
- Bank transfer
- Other methods displayed at checkout
Ownership of goods transfers to the Buyer only after full payment.
5. Delivery
We ship worldwide.
• Delivery times vary depending on destination.
• Orders may be fulfilled from EU or partner fulfillment (e.g. USA).
Important:
• For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
• These are the responsibility of the Buyer. Customs charges for orders to the USA are paid by the seller and are included in the shipping costs
The Buyer must provide accurate delivery details.
Additional delivery costs caused by incorrect data are borne by the Buyer.
6. Nature of Products
All products sold are:
• metal replicas
• intended for:

◦ collectors
◦ props and decoration
They are not legal tender and have no monetary value.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To withdraw:
• Send a clear statement via email to: info@kuttenbergmint.com
Conditions:
• Goods must be returned within 14 days
• Buyer bears return shipping costs
• Goods must not be damaged beyond normal handling
Refund:
• Issued within 14 days after receiving returned goods
8. Complaints and Warranty
• Warranty period: 24 months
• Covers manufacturing defects
Not covered:
• normal wear
• cosmetic aging (patina, scratches)
• improper use
In case of defect:

• include photos and description
We will offer:
• replacement
• refund
• or discount
9. Liability
The Seller is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the products.

We process personal data for:
